- No family member should be an employee of any government department, industry, board, or organization, nor a pensioner.
- The applicant or any family member should not own 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
- The applicant and their family should not own any heavy vehicle or four-wheeler, except for small commercial vehicles.
- The total annual income of the applicant and their family should not exceed ₹2,50,000.
